Kevin Oleksa
Kevin Oleksa has spent most of his career with OTS. He first began working for OTS back in 1989, and assumed full ownership in 2003. He works to build meaningful and lasting relationships with clients by emphasizing proactive customer service – a philosophy that’s served OTS well, as many of our clients have been with us for years. A Johnstown native, Kevin holds a B.A. in communications and business management from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
