Amy O’Hara & Marie Eash

Amy O’Hara – Co-founder
Amy has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field, several of those years were attending job fairs and actively recruiting and communicating with job seekers.​ Amy earned her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Saint Francis University in 2002. She obtained her Professional in Human Resources Certificate (PHR) from HRCI in 2004 and later her SRM-CP certificate from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She has been an active board member of the HRAA since 2013 and served as President since 2022.

Marie Eash – Co-Founder
Marie has over 16 years of experience in the Human Resources field with many of those years actively engaged in recruitment and staffing. In addition, Marie has over 1 year of experience working for a staffing agency. Since 2013, she has served on the board as Membership Director for the HRAA and is still active in that role today.
