Mission, Values, Vision
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to use baseball to bring hope, healing, and honor to boys who have experienced relational trauma.
The children attending Run Home Camps will experience hope, healing and honor like never before during this weeklong baseball camp in a private setting designed to create an all-star experience just for them!
- Hope - Surrounded by loving adults with positive attitudes, the camp boys receive hope for a brighter tomorrow. Optimism is created through individual attention in a family environment as the kids are encouraged and celebrated throughout the week.
- Healing - The bond formed among the campers allows them to experience the healing that comes from knowing there are other kids who have gone through tough times just like they have. Friendly, non-competitive baseball games celebrate the campers as individuals and promote a healthy sense of self-esteem.
- Honor - From the moment they arrive at RHC, the boys are honored as the heroes of the week. Great care is taken to provide memorable experiences that will last a lifetime. These include well-balanced, consistent meals and snacks, a personalized photo album for each camper, a birthday party for everyone with individual gifts, trips offsite, and other unforgettable experiences.
